how do you add an avatar to a profile

Please Help!

I need to add an avatar to a users profile. When I login as an admin I can edit some information on a user's profile but how can I add an avatar photo to their profile?

If this isn't possible through Dolphin as an admin, can you give me a walk-through on how to do this through phpmyadmin?

Install Deano's Tools (free) then you can then login as the user you require and add an avatar, edit profile information etc. etc.
