how get my nameserver to work

I have tried to get my ns to work but when i enter it in godday.com it say's invalid nameserver, what do i do. even had godday do it. help

Are you running your own name server?

 I use GoDaddy..

sometimes you may need your host to add the custom nameserver to their lists. I had this issue with another hosting company before.
