how to block porn video chat

Everyone. A serious question to ask. If someone in the video chat room provide porn show, How can I moniter the capture of the chat video?

What do you mean by "monitor?" The media server has text logs, if that's what you're referring to.

Can I get the capture of the video chat? Although that have privacy problems ,but I don't want my site closed by government because of the porn video chat?

Do we have a soft or mod or plugin something else to block the porn video chat?

Dolphin doesn't have the capability to detect pornography and take action accordingly. You can have moderators make runs and ban people abusing the chat (or you yourself could do this). I wrote about this before in your previous topic.
