how to change a member avatar???

How you can delete a member avatar??

On my website i allow user to post XXX photo but not as AVATAR... so a member did it... so i simply delete the XXX photo but the avatar still showing the XXX photo... i check in the EDIT profile section and there is no place where i can manage or change the member avatar... so i HAD to suspend his account.... it is a point that boonex miss for the avatar feature.... the management... i think that for now the only way to change the avatar of a member without suspend his account is to login into their account with his username and password... but now we can't since the md5 and salt password encryption.... that's exactly the point i talk about 6 month ago when i ask if there is any way to remove this encryption....  the admin must be able to see the password of any account on his website... this way he can login anytime on any user account and EDIT what he want.... LIKE avatar!

There is nothing at this point that you can do to mess with people's avatar from the admin section.  Ways to change it: 1) reset their password and log in and change it yourself; 2) delete the picture from the sql table ( don't remember which one it is off hand).
