how to change the color of the letters in the sub menu?

hello

i want to change the color of the letters in sub menu. i did it in the template/base folder but can it be done in tmp_uni folder. i tried it there and it seems not to work. i deleted all cache and still didnt work. 

so basically my question is can i change the color of the letters in the sub menu by inserting it in my tmp_uni folder or what is the correct way to do this?

Hello

If you use UNI template then you should be able to change necessary CSS classes via templates/tmpl_uni/css/ folder. Edit the same CSS file which you changed in base folder. Then you need to clear cache. If you are using admin panel to do this you need to be sure that it was cleared. You may do it via FTP -> cache_public folder.

anton thats what i did and cleared the cache public a bunch of times and it didnt work at all. it works on all the other items i did it with but not with the sub menu. i really dont understand it. i might just change it in the template/base/css folder and leave it that way. i dont know no other solution

if you are using a custom template than look into its css file first.
