how to import data???????

I installed dolphin 7.0.0. on an unmanaged vps

and later on i tried to shift it on a new unmanaged vps but inspite of everything we did to restart it, we couldn't...

so now i've installed fresh dolphin 7.0.0. on my server so plz guide me how to import or transfer my old database to this install....

you can import database through phpmyadmin.

but you wont be able to all the related videos, music, images files as they are stored on your server.

someone please correct me if i am wrong.
