how to post in jobs by the way i need a programmer

How do i post in jobs they want so many fields to be filled out thay

 i have a dating site and when a member signs up it redirects them to the upgrade page but then members scroll around and are/is able to click on other tabs other than continuing with the upgrade to have them to pay

is there a programmer who can help me fix this issue by not allowing members to touch any other tab unless they continue with paypal please inbox :)

you could make most tabs, blocks and pages invisible unless the member has subscribed to a paid membership using the advanced page visibillity module. I also believe deano had a module that could do this?
