htaccess files on IIS

Hi,

im using windows server and dolphin doesn't work.

It always says: "ISS PASSWORD - Page cannot be displayed."

I read that it is a windows server problem... but if i delete the htaccess files... dolphin says...

that there is no security... im new into it...

how can i configure it right ?

greetings

Roland Cloos

Dolphin was designed and developed for Apache, not IIS. A .htaccess file is Apache-specific and is not supported under IIS. You must create a substitute. Hopefully, this web page will explain everything: http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/557/translate-htaccess-content-to-iis-webconfig/

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
