html block

how do I create a new html block help pls

In the page builders.

Select the page you want to add the html block to and drag it up from the bottom sample area to the spot you want to place it.

After it's there. Click on it and edit it's content.

deano got that but already used the block what was there, need another new one for some other content.

Just like he said  take another block from  samples and drag it up where you want it.   click the block and edit as needed.

Thanks I do understand that, but how do I have different headings on each block, if I change the title in language settings it's applied to all the html blocks??

No, only the block where you editing to.
