image error on create event

I've created a new event without uploading an image. I get this error:

any ideas?

I get the same error. I tried making a default image. That didn't work. I have reinstalled all of my files and started over from scratch. That didn't work. I would appreciate help on this.

Dolphin is starting to seriously get on my nerves.
