images fade in and out

I have seen this before in the forum but cannot find where and now I have the same problem.

I upload images to my classifieds section but when they are viewed they fade in and out ??

I have searched for the topic but cannot find it - appreciate some assistance

Admin Panel > Settings > Advanced Settings > untick the boxes titled New Gallery Feature for Classifieds    and
New Gallery Feature for Profile Photos

Save Changes and this should stop this happening.
