 Is there a simple way as an admin, to upload quantities of pictures and video to my site by FTP or something? I simply want to add many pictures and videos without doing them one by one through the site. If so, what folders do they go to? BTW,running D7. The issue with uploading files direct is that the information would not be entered into the database. When the file is uploaded normally, the information relating to the upload is stored in the database (filename / description / etc), a thumbnail is created and with a video, it is converted to FLV format. Simply copying the files directly, bypasses this process. It is possible to create a script to do this, but this is not a standard feature. /DM Dolphin - Ajax Masturbation |
