ffmpeg should have 777 permission. Go to the Dolphin download page on Boonex and read the instructions. There are none so blind as those that will not see. |

Changing to 777 permissions works. Here's how to fix it if you have HostGator: 1. Go to File Manager 2. Go to the folder where you install Dolphin 3. Go though the folders by following this path: flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe 4. Click on ffmpeg.exe 5. Click on "Change Permissions" at the top of the page 6. Check all boxes so they equal "7, 7, and 7". 7. That should do it! Good Luck!
