installation problem

i've upped the dolphin files to my server and now im getting following error:

seems like the php is not getting compiled but other php scripts work fine on the server. anyone an idea?

Has this server been prepped for Dolphin?  Asking, as just because a server will run other scripts, they must be specifically set up for Dolphin to install and run.  http://www.boonex.com/trac/ will be your friend in helping to get Dolphin installed.
