installing a flash music player on my dolphin site

Is there a way I can install a flash music player on my site?

I followed instructions via other sources instructions,but when I create a page block for the code and have uploade d the filesd, all that shows is the code.

should I upload the files to      /home/samsmith/public_html/media/sound  and the player etc into separate folders?, reason being is that I have converted mp3s into flash etc and want to use them that way.
