hello,
i downloaded dolphin 6.1.4 free version,unpacked it on my localhost to design and test the site before moving to a remote server.
as i got to the last stage , where i was requested to make "permission reversal" on some directories for the safety of the site.I do not know how and where to make these changes.Please guide.
