installing modules

Hi, after a fresh install am getting this error on several modules, photo, video, sites.. they are slightly diff for each, but this is the general error, getting frustrated here, what do i do to fix this?

INSERT INTO `sys_menu_top` (`Parent`, `Name`, `Caption`, `Link`, `Order`, `Visible`, `Target`, `Onclick`, `Check`, `Editable`, `Deletable`, `Active`, `Type`, `Picture`, `BQuickLink`, `Statistics`) VALUES(9, 'Photos', '_bx_photos_menu_profile', 'modules/?r=photos/albums/browse/owner/{profileNick}', @iCatProfileOrder, 'non,memb', '', '', '', 1, 1, 1, 'custom', '', 0, '');

While that shows us the SQL query that is perhaps generating/triggering the error, what is the actual full error message?

this is the full error when trying to install photos.....

Am I in the right place? 

I am going to install some mods myself and need a fTp for mac 

preferably a very friendly looking one.

Actually this is someone elses topic having to do with errors while installing the modules. Your question is not related to this so you really should start your own.
