integration of free mods into dolphin core

There is many usefull and very well coded free modules for d7. Im still wandering why those improvements are not included into dolphin core. This can save alot of time of dolphin developers and improve big times dolhin usability, stability and features. I decided start that topic to see which developers who released some free modules will possibly agree that their free mods can be implemented by boonex staff into dolphin. Please write here your module, link to module and anoouncement if you agree your free mod can be implemented into dolphin core. Thanks in advance to all participants...

STrangest thing is even boonex programmers like AntonLV released many very usefull and important improvements released as a free mods and still its not implemented into core - so I kinda dont understand why. I can take its a good business strategy how also get attention to commercial mods but after some time I dont see a reason why not implement it into dolphin if its free and even done by one of most advanced core doplhin programmers like Anton.

But also other free mods by Deano, paulus, scriptologist, sashae, and others are pretty useful..

is here even one developer who can allow his mod to be integrated into dolphin core ?

Well I dont say implement all free modules. I think some really good and improving modules might be implemented as it shorten development time a big time...If that will be nice clean coded and tested mod ... I cant see any negative...Im not saying also that dev become core boonex dev... code gets simply implemented and they maintained by boonex programmers for future ...

It was provided for inclusion to dolphin way back during the first D7 betas. It still has not been included.

It is in trak for inclusion now in D8. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/1578 It has been moved to a different version twice.

I would not hold my breath. I seriously doubt any free mods from developers other than their own staff will ever been included.

I would welcome some boonex staff answer on this as I really dont understand why if some developer give a free communitty addon which is really useful, clean and tested - why to hell nobody implement it. My logic really end here. Maybe if I get some moderators attention to this post mods can bring this post to attention of andrew...I would really welcome some explanation here ( and I bet not only me) . I think if there will be opened some similar post like a weekend bug hunt named weekend free addon inclusion hunt so people can post and vote for free mods people think can be implemented will be a good idea..
