It seems you've nuked your installation in favor of a fresh start.

He's the only one linking to a site in this topic, so yes, I am referring to him. Also, it seems you two are having- er, were having completely different problems, since his involved the join form not working and yours involves the login feature not working for some people. I don't know what's causing your problem, but my best guess would be it's browser-related on the end of the users being affected. Though for contract-related reasons, I'm told by my lawyer that I must also recommend you clear your site's cache, though this will not make any difference.

If you feel your life isn't in any danger by doing so, could you send me the link to your site so I could see if I'll also run into this issue?

It seems like I have the same issue but I am looking at a 7.0.3 domain. The user trying to join gets no errors, but the button on JOIN.PHP does not submit the information.  The domain affected is PrivateAdventures.com and it was based on a clean install of 7.0.3 and then imported a database for the business listings from another site.

Anyone have any resolutions???

@ WESWAYS

when the profile fields are filled out on the join form and you click join it goes back to the join form and then the description box appears BUT the desc. box is uneditable therefore making signup impossible

I too have the same problem - oddly enough even on this form hitting reply.

What happens both on this forum reply editor box and on 7.0.6 is that when the box is displayed there is no cursor in it.

If you click it, NOTHING - still no cursor.

You have to hit the tab key, then the cursor appears.

I have the same problem on join.php and therefore I am not getting any new user signups.

Any ideas?  Mine is a new install and I have not changed any of the web code.

I tihnk it might be an issue with this editor and IE9 compatibility.

Incidentally, I'm using IE9.  Works fine with FireFox.

Thanks!
