well i dont see anything broken, what i see is a standard install file. it tells you clearly right there on that page, what you need to do. if you have no experience with file permissions, then you may be out of your realm on this one.

nothing is broken, you need to chmod those files and set correct permissions. there are instructions here on the boonex site, with a set of permissions commands where you can fell swoop the chmod.

how do u make putty connect to local host....?

You need to have a SSH server installed and running.  Once that's done, you should be able to connect via:

ssh localhost

or via PuTTY, enter localhost as the server and provide the username and password for login.

Do you have a SSH server installed and running?  Also, that error is simple: Turn off the allow_url_include directive for PHP.  You can do this via the php.ini file.

no php.inf file

no php.inf file

php.ini

It should be located under /etc/.

Also, you have to change the permissions for those files and directories.  Here's the document about it:  http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DetailedInstall#InstallScript-Step1-Permissions

It looks like installing locally on Linux is a bit out of your skill range.  You should probably be using professional hosting.

Edit: Also, please act more professional when choosing words..
