large picture display issue (2000x2000pics +)

I'm having an issue where members put pictures 2000x2000+ pictures on the site.  The picture doesn't create a thumb view nor does does it show up on the page view.  The only way to see the picture is to hit view original. Has anyone run into this issue or know how to fix it.

I tested a 2000x2000 pixel image on a newly-created test environment and I see no issues. A thumbnail is produced and it displays properly on the page. Have you modified your settings for photos?

no issues with picture size, except the water mark... if the pic is huge the water mark is very small, in turn if the pic is small like 320x240 the watermark then is too big, I hate this part.

Hmm I wonder what the problem with my site is...time to spend hours debugging
