locating HTML_Block

When one makes a HTML_Block and save it, where does it save to in the php files? (what directory?)

I have an anoiing block that refuses to update with new code so I need to find the code and wrie the updateed code in (bypassing the back office page builder)

You have to look in your database for the block (code) and change there. :)

Try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....
Also be sure to clear your browser caches  .....
