anyone ever had this?

Not normally. How did you transfer the files over to the new server? Was it via FTP? Here are some things to check:

- Clean your cache (you can do this manually by clearing the contents of the /cache except for .htaccess and the /cache_public directories)

- Check the logout.php file in a text edit that has numbers (like Notepad ++) and see if there is any whitespace(additional line numbers) after the closing ?>

Also make sure you have php errors turned on. If you have display errors turned off and it's a fatal error the screen will just be white.
