make certain videos hidden unless searched for

How can I make certain videos hidden unless people search for the keyword? Some visitors might not want to see some of the videos that crazy people upload, but I still want those videos to exist on my site.

I think the only way is to make it private so member ask for access - adding a note when the access button is click 

"that this video contains disturbing so and so and you must be above 18 years old to view this".

If there is available in the market I guess Scriptologist had it just PM him.
