mandatory picture on registration

I have added picture field at the registration, but can't find a way to make it mandatory, could anybody help? pictupload field does not have "mandatory" check box :(

You can try the database, if you feel like being a real man, that is (we just say that for the tourists).

Using a Database client (such as phpMyAdmin), navigate to your database > sys_profile_fields and look for the entry with the data you wish to edit. This should be, in your case, ProfilePhoto. Edit the entry where it says "mandatory" and enter either 0 or 1 (I cannot remember which, but I believe it is 0).

That should do the trick, if not, call for refund and a revising of this how-to.
