mass mailer

Hi,

I've got some questions about mass mailer.

Email Message: Ok, text and Subject...

Queue Message: Show Message in queue?

I haven't understand why there are all options (year, membership ecc) in the queue message, with submit button and a submit button even in the Email Message block.

What have I to do for send a message only to some peoples (for example between 18 and 25 yeas)?

I've tried all but i've got 0 emails added to queue... it seems don't send emails....
