member menu not working

First sorry for my english

I installed dolphin 7 beta 7 on my host

I migrated a website from one host to another , I had some problems with language and Videos, but now everything works fine except member menu, the bar is blank, no icons or messages.

I changed the permissions to the directory  mysite/inc to 755 and files params.inc.php, prof.inc.php and header.inc.php to 666, but not working.

Could someone help me?

And http://www.laparadacafe.com is the origin, for now it works

I´ve unistalled the module spy and install it again and now works
