member payment setting -front end

I am on Dolphin 7.06....   when I go under the account menu/payments/settings.... I see where I am supposed to be able to get to the "settings" to set up paypal, etc, only there is no arrow/ or drop down available? any Ideas as to where I need to look for that?

In the admin section, it is fine...  it is only with the front end....

by chance do you have the payments module installed? 

payment and membership module both need to be installed, also it could be a java script error if you dont see the arrows try with a diff. browser

Yes, payment and membership modules are installed.

This is happening in IE and Firefox with the UNI template and others.

I am on 7.0.6
