Im trying to create a block for the index page that will display either random members pictures or latest member pictures, i want only one photo in the block at a time, and the photo has to be the full size of the block about 350x450 so if its a random pic then it will change on refresh of page, and if it's latest pic it will just change when a new pic gets added, now im stuck where to start with this , anyone have any ideas?

ok i have got a mod that lets me add php blocks to site through the to admin page builder, but i have no idea what to put into the block to show the photos etc :(
