membership level problem

I am creating a website for christians,  I want to have 3 different type of pages for profiles.

1- Personal

2- adult / youth groups

3 - Church site

I was thinking the easiest way would be membership levels.  I am just a beginer at this and was wondering if anyone had any surgestions.  I have been living in the page builder for the last 3 days trying to figure it out.

Please help me out,

Thanks Ted

In order to create different membership levels, you will need to select Settings in your Admin Panel.

Here, you must choose the Membership Levels option.

Uncheck the box marked "Site is running in free mode." Even if you are not going to be charging for membership, you will have to select this option in order to allow for different membership types.

Save your changes and you can begin adding your membership types!

I did as you have said and it is making no difference for me so is there anything else that might help me getting the Membership Levels working?

Cheers
