i have been able to create a few Membership Levels however i am not able to change a user's membership level in the User management section... why is that? also, how do i make it so users who are "standard" can see the upgrade page to pay the fee for certain features??

Go to Admin -- Users -- Members... on this page on Profiles block click on ID Nos ie 2, 8, 11 any one you want to change Edit Profile page will open... click on 'Set Membership' in Admin Controls block. to send emails for upgrade to standard user..... Go to Admin -- Users -- Members... select standard members in profile block, type a upgrade msg and click send msg |

ok so i got the membership levels setup and got it so Nonmembers and Standard members cannot view video gallery or anything to do with Video... yet, when i login as a standard member or am viewing as a guest, i can still see and watch videos... why?? |
