menu_compose_admin.php will not load issue

sorry if this is a repeat quistion  i did search but found one awnser but did not work

in menu_compose_admin.php

i cant get it to load the admin builder menu at all does anyone know a fix or where i am going wrong

i have tryed all that i know and basicly it just keeps saying loading

i ahve tryed on two different systems and also on different browsers all with the same thing

Permissions have been checked as well and files have also been compared

Which menu won't load? They are completely different.  Maybe upload a screenshot.

the admin menu builder the built in builder that lets you add stuff to the admin panel

Have you compareed the size of this two files

administration/js/menu_compose.js

inc/js/classes/BxDolMenu.js

other than this ... I'm not sure what it might be

yep compared and also reuploaded just to be sure have also checked permissions and also error logs nothing?

flash my end is working fine and all other menu builders work fine on the site?

on further investigation this is the error message ie is giving me

anyone who can shed a little light on to this would be a star
