migrating a site Boonex Dolphin?

Anyone have idea how to solve the following error in local site works great, but just upload it displays the following:

Repeatedly posting the same question will not get you anywhere. It;s better to give your post some time, then 'bump it' rather than repeatedly spamming the index with copies of the same post...
