moved to subdomain. now desktop app won't connect

Moved to a sub domain- edited inc/header.inc.php at site url and dir root and site works as far as I can see.

Desktop app won't connect to Chat I am told by a member but for me if I click on the desktop app an empty white box comes up and does nothing

Module >Flash apps >desktop settings ..Desktop is Active .. email settings #siteUrl#mail.php?mode=inbox ..site first extra page ... about_us.php ... first site extra page caption .. About... Site second extra page... search.php ..  your site second extra page caption .. Search... All boxes below that are checked.

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app yet ?

Hi Jay thanks for replying yes twice unistalled reinstalled.. Has to be some setting I have wrong or not done. Got people whining to me about it as they use it for the site for chat. In the field for email  before i had my domain like http://lworld.com.au/mail.php?mode=inbox and it was working great. If I had that wrong would that prevent it from working. The url I am using now is a very long url so I was wondering is there a limit on characters in the url its http://lesbianbisexualtransgendereddating.lworld.com.au/mail.php?mode=inbox that is all I can think off

Maybe try to replace /flash/modules/desktop folder and see what happens.  ???   not sure if the super long name is the reason or not.   i tried your desktop app and i to just get a white page.

Hello Jay, I just uploaded a new desktop folder to over right that one. Unistalled the desktop app. Reinstalled it then tried it again and it didn't work lol still white.. I am so tired I need to sleep I bee up for 3 days. I will send you an email :)
