mozilla file upload error, "Error uploading file"

Hi guys,

i have setup the dolphin 6.1 on my linux server and if i upload video or music from IE 7 then it works fine but if i go to upload music/video from mozilla firefox 3.0.11 then it gives me an error "Error uploading file", and this error is throwing me instantly after i press upload button, means after uploaded the file about 10-15 %, and this problem is only in Mozilla FF, so can anybody please help me in this error?

i am facing an error of uploading file error in Video Upload using dolphin 6.1.

Whereas the audio upload is working perfect.

Please help its urgent.
