my Members profile disappear

Hi this is weird from this morning to now (few hrs later ) i lost about 60 memebrs they all desappear whats is going on how that can happen ? can anyone please help

Hello I suspect it could be your settings! I know there is a setting that will remove profiles that are not active for so many days depending on the setting you have!

Admin Panel > Settings > Database Pruning > Clean old profiles by last log in:

Make this option the maximum possible days :)

i just change it all f them to 365 do u know how i can get that profiles back ? or its all gone ?

Ok first if you want to build good member base increase the days to like '1000000' days

I have had many users join my site a year ago and then come back on now !

with your current setting if your members ever come back after time their profiles will be missing

No you cannot get the profiles back :(

They will have been removed from the database hence 'pruning process'

 ok i just change it to 1000000 i hope that im not going to lose anyone but i have one question i know few of my friend he was on the site like less then a week ago and they not there anymore they ware there this morning u think it something else that can do that as well ?

I have my "Clean old profiles by last log in" set to "0"... so they will never be removed from the database.  Appears to be working fine. 

Epaulo is correct, if you set it to 0 they won't be deleted automatically. If you have an old site backup from before they were deleted you can get them back that way, if not then they are gone.
