in my account you can upgrade you membership and there is a link to membership.php but if i have member and i will extend membership period where can i find the string to change the link from membership.php to other like membership1.php

Go to account.php and run a search for membership.php and change the link there.  Note, if your looking to have the upgrade membership and also the extend membership options depending upon the status of the member, then you will need to run an if or if else command, which will be more than just editing the link.

wich script are xou usinge because dolphin has not a file that calls account.php

I run 6.1.4 here, however all you need to do is simply go to your My Account page on your site and then look up in the browser, it will give you the corresponding file name within the url. 

http://yourdomain.com/accountpagename.php

I believe in 6.1.4 it's called member.php to be specific.  Sorry, you'll see I often use generic file names to reference different pages.  I sometimes forget the newbies don't always know this.  Hope it helps.
