new item shows up with full title

I  have reverted back to 6.1.6 and have created new itmes but when I go to the site it showes in the box as "_Fieldcaption_Dry_Van_Edit": instead of just "Dry Van"can anyone tell me why this is and how I can repair this?

I also have this same proble in a new new blocks that I create would love any help thanks

Add this language key "_Fieldcaption_Dry_Van_Edit" via admin panel->settings->language file settings section.
