new mod? maybe

I am wondering if there is anyone out there who would be able to build a mod that showcases a member's rides, whether it be a car, motorcycle or a bicycle.  It would give the ability for the admin to setup sections for the member to input each item, ex. for bicycles,  Frame ___  Fork ___ Rims ___   and each member can write in the parts they use.  I am looking for a page that would layout like a blog or the photos page.  have a home page, showcasing each members ride, as well as a my rides page for each member which can have a block on the members page.

I see that, but it seems that you just pick the breed and upload photos and stuff,   I am looking for the ability to have many choices, as in many questions and the member give answers, Frame ______  Fork ____   so each member can talk about what they ride, or drive,  kinda like a survey, but have it's own page to look at all the rides, then each member has a My Ride page
