no upload button for avatar

Where do I find the upload button for uploading an avatar?  I have the module loaded, but no button.  View image for more details.

When I choose the image, it doesn't automatically upload the image. I have made sure I cleared cache, I am using the default template, this is a clean install.  Any good idea where to turn?  I can't go live with my site without this working, and a few other things I have posted about.

most all of these issues you are having are relative to jscript. seems you have a bad install. dump it and restart, because you have too many issues with javascript.

OK, so I deleted the last install, reloaded and still have the same issues. Contacted our host, and its nothing on the server side, they are saying its something to do with the files, code or something.

How are you installing Dolphin? Are you uploading the files to the server and running the installer, or are you using an automated script from your hosting provider? I would also like to know if you meet the technical requirements outlined here.

Emailed hosting company to find out.  I am uploading the files, and going through the install process within the program.  Not using automated install from within cPanel.

How are you uploading the files? You may want to try uploading the ZIP and unpacking it through cPanel's file manager, to ensure it's not how you're uploading the files.
