noob needs help :[

i am no programmer.. i am getting this message during installation. please help :\

files current status are "non exists"

THis means that the maps and files have not the right permissions.
Follow the list you get there and set by ftp client the right permissions..  like 644 -> 666  or 755 -> 777   writeble = 666 or 777 
Not writeble = 644 and 755

This one needs to set at 777:
flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe;

thank you so much killerhaai, looked like some of the folders didn't upload now it's all good. now im on permission reversal and stuck again :[ i tried to skip. but all im getting is a blank screen. help please.

update: i set all directories to 777 except inc. when i click check or skip. now www.mysite.com/community/install/index.php is nothing but a blank page :[

what do i do now? help please.
