order confirmation Integration steps

hi i have affiliate programme that wants me to integrate script on order confirmation page. Can someone please advise where is order confirmation page where i can add this

I guess the first question would be - which order confirmation are you referring to - when using the store and a user purchases something or when purchasing upgraded membership levels?

hi actually this should be for - when using the store and a user purchases something and I think this should include membership purchase. 

User can buy classified, deals, gigs so affiliate need to be paid for referral
