pending videos

hey all my videos used to work at one point now all they do is sit in the pending state. now i know it takes time to convert and so on but pending for days if not weeks is not right. is there anyone out there that knows how to fix this problem. i have it set to auto aprove videos in admin panel . i click the Processing tab it has nothing in it i click the pending tab and there they are. but never move from the pending stage. any help i would very much appreciate .

Plz specify next points:

1) Typical size of files which are in pending status.

2) Are u quite sure that files are converted successful everytime?

3) memory_limit size of ur server where Dolphin was installed.
