Maybe you should try making your font bigger. After that, do you have your Ray widgets registered? What exactly is the error you are getting? Did this just start happening or has it ever worked before? Have you double checked your permissions for your files and folders? What have you done to try any troubleshoot the problem?

Is this on Shared/VPS/Dedicated?

What are the file upload limits in your php.ini file?

Zarcon and I can go on all night with this issue, a search of the forums will give you a ton of other information on this also.

Thanks for toning down your font. So let me get this straight. You go to music, click Upload Music, accept the agreement and it sits at loading.. never lets you choose a file? Am I right?

Does this happen for videos too? Does your chatroom and My Presence (instant messenger) work?

It could be one of the following:

- You DO NOT have your ffmpeg.exe set to permission level 777. You can go to ray/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe and make sure that the permission level is set properly

- You probably dont have your RMS settings configured in your ray admin area (RMS Address, RMS Port, RMS HTTP Port). In admin panel click Plugins>Ray Suite and then Base Settings at the top right. Since Boonex does not offer a free RMS service anymore, you will need to purchase a RMS package in order to have chat and IM.

- Your web host does not allow you to run ffmpeg.exe (meet Dolphin requirements)

It could be any one or more of those above. Check all of that and then reply back.

Like Mydatery said, Who is your web host? Is it a shared, Dedicated, or VPS?

Well, you may need to contact them to see if they support ffmpeg. I searched their website and found absolutely nothing stating that they support ffmpeg. IF they don't, I recommend switching to a different web host. Dolphin is somewhat useless without videos, music, IM, and chat features.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
