Did you remove any folders from that site before uploading the upgrade?

It appears your missing a lot of files. If your go to the index.php page, it says the script is not even installed. None of the links at the bottom of your splash page work either.

We need more details of the steps you took before and after uploading the upgrade.

no you should not have renamed anything.

You should have removed the .htaccess file from upgrade folder then navigated to upgrade folder..

Let me know when your done with the restore.

What you did wrong was to rename the folders. You don't do that. The upgrade is intended to update files in the existing folders which will not happen if you rename them. Restore the site.
