polls not working

I would love some help...iam using 6.1.4 and the poll is not working know matter how many user vote the poll still at 0%

check your error logs in cpanel and see if its throwing any errors...things not found.

Its says I'm missing 404.shtml and crossdomain.xml where do I find those?

Recheck - are you get or not any JS errors?

if I can put smth here that is related to polls

On frontpage I want to set the default polls to Admin's. Now the default is on Latest but admin's poll doesn't appear there so I have to change this.

I searched many php files and databese but I can't find it

how do you get access to the error log from the control pannel? i do not see any log access? (i have the  same issue for polls)

I only found something about starting some event viewer though it doesn't ring any bell to me. anything accessible from the andmin control pannel?

Kero look this code for admin polls on the frontpage:

/templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndex.php

Find this line

$mode = strlen($_GET['ppoll_mode']) ? $_GET['ppoll_mode'] : 'last';



change 'last';

to 'admin';

sorry but is this supposed to do?

i've tried it and the poll check buttom disapeared (it is thus worse).

and it doesn't have any effect on the log error acces through the control pannel.
