pre launch register page?

Is there anything on market like a pre-launch splash page where you can allow members to sign up before the site is live?

could easily create a separate email gathering page, but would be good if it actually created members profile...

Did you try to go in Admin Panel>>Builders>>Menu Builders, then click on the "Home" tab and edit his properties by making it visible only to members, then click on the tab "Account" (which is the join page when you are not logged in) and make it visible only to "Guest".

Actually i just try by myself, the theory looked fine but in practice it's not working, ah ahh, sorry, just don't ask me why..

But i will tell you how i did achieve that.

I installed a free program called PfSense, then with the "Captive Portal" function, every person connecting to my wi-fi, land on a custom page i made, from there they have to click on a button to be taken to a site i am hosting on my own pc, or they can just enter any address they want to go to (if there is no "click", the initial page will be reloaded all the times, indipendently from the address they are trying to get access to).

It has loads of options you can configure the way you like, as for example, make them to register before they have access to anything else, etc...
