problem.

I installed this theme named dreamline from http://hostandwin.com/free-dolphin-templates.html and activated it but when i went to the homepage this happened.

any way to fix this? i forgot to make a backup of the database before i did this. I just installed this.

This template is for Dolphin 6, are you sure you are using this version of Dolphin? Go to Dolphin admin panel -> settings -> advanced settings -> template and select UNI. Save changes. Go to Dolphin admin home (dashboard) and clear all cache. It will switch back to UNI template but it should work.

I'm noticing two problems here:

1. You're applying an outdated template to your site. I'll explain more about this later.
2. You seem to be using a free hosting service, which is not recommended, and will only lead to horrible things happening.

That template may be compatible with v7, just not v7.0.7 (or whatever version you're using). Make sure the template is listed as compatible with v7, and not v6. If everything looks good, read below.

Try copying /templates/tmpl_uni/scripts/BxTemplFunctions.php to /templates/tmpl_wtt/scripts.

Edit: Fixed the current version number. Though I wasn't actually wrong! I swear!

first of all i just reported your post when trying to quote it . that Report should be moved elsewhere since it most likely does not work or there is nothing done about a post that has been reported, and it incorrectly written. since there is nothing to fill in as to why you are reporting the post.

where might a common fellow locate Dolphin 7.0.8 sir? 

i have gone sleepless nights waiting for this release, and now that it has been released, i missed the announcement completely, and am no longer to locate the download page for this latest release v 7.0.8

I changed the version number. You can download v7.0.8 now, though. It's in the repository.

Ok guess ill have to reinstall the software. there was nothing on it anyway.
