problem comments for my website

Hello, I'm French so excuse me for my bad english ...

I Have installed dolphin succesfully but there is a bug for the comments.

For exemple :

When you want to click on " Ajouter votre commentaire " , you arrive to home of the website.

It's impossible to add a comment on my website.

Can you help me ?

Please in French or if it's impossible, in english ...
