You've searched for solutions on the forum and tried all of the fixes? Made sure RMS are running? Made sure that the use RMS button is clicked on your Flash Settings?

basically you are dealing with two different issues here:

one being video upload, which there are a blue million posts in the forums here if you were to search video upload, you would have enough to read for 3-4 days on that one.

video comments is another function, the two are only related by the user of the ffmpeg conversion.

video upload:

ffmpeg --> 777 or minimum 755 depending on your host

exe's allowed on your host

cron job correctly formatted and firing

php.ini settings

max_upload size

max_execution

directory permissions correct where the video is being written

video comments

video comments require RMS

if you do not have an RMS account, you will not be able to record AV comments.
